Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
