Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with labor laws and statutory compliance (basic level)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
