Primary Title: Human Resources Executive (Junior)
A fast-growing organisation in the flexible workspace and commercial real-estate services sector operating across India. We deliver managed offices, coworking solutions and client-facing support services for SMEs and enterprise customers. We are hiring an on-site Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination and employee engagement at our locations in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for on-site roles: create job listings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Run structured onboarding and exit processes: collect documents, manage offer letters, conduct inductions and coordinate IT/access provisioning.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files; update role changes, attendance and leave data promptly.
- Support monthly payroll preparation: collect timesheets/attendance, reconcile leave data and liaise with payroll vendor for timely salary runs.
- Coordinate employee relations and engagement activities including surveys, events and internal communications to boost retention.
- Assist with statutory compliance tasks and audits: maintain basic labour-law documentation and escalate non-compliance to HR lead.
