Job Responsibility -
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Use hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to search and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews, evaluate candidates, and share shortlisted profiles with the technical team.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and final selection communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and ensure timely hiring for open positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives by posting job openings on social media and job portals.
- Manage onboarding processes including documentation, joining formalities, and induction planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and basic HR documentation processes.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude, be proactive, and uphold professionalism in all HR interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- 23 years of HR experience (IT company experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR basics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with HRMS, MS Office, and hiring platforms.
