Job Description

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Location - Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Job Responsibility -

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Use hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to search and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews, evaluate candidates, and share shortlisted profiles with the technical team.
  • Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and final selection communication.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and ensure timely hiring for open positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by posting job openings on social media and job portals.
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation, joining formalities, and induction planning.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and basic HR documentation processes.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, be proactive, and uphold professionalism in all HR interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 23 years of HR experience (IT company experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR basics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, MS Office, and hiring platforms.
