Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with labor laws and statutory compliance (basic level)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
