We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance .
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary support related to HR policies.
- Setting up roster for CCR employees
- Travel, Hotel bookings, checking of the canteen material.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree .
- Strong understanding of HR processes .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
