Job Description

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and shift rosters.
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Coordinate payroll with accounts or third-party vendors.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement, overtime calculation, incentives, and deductions.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and wage revisions.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Act, etc.
  • Manage inspections, audits, and liaison with labour authorities.
  • Maintain contractor labour compliance documentation.

Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Maintain cordial employee relations.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and counseling.
  • Support union or worker interactions where applicable.
