HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
