Position: HR Executive
Location: Kirti Nagar
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles.
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate regular reports.
2. HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Support performance appraisal and review processes.
3. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Manage documentation, including employee records and office files.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
5. Training & Development:
- Identify training requirements and coordinate learning and development programs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months of experience as an HR Executive or HR/Admin Executive, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of hiring for digital marketing roles such as PPC, SEO, and Social Media.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
