Role overview:
As an HR Intern focused on recruitment, you will be embedded in our talent acquisition function - supporting end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. This is a hands-on role where you'll own tasks from day one, not just observe.
What you'll do:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and our community platforms using Boolean search and targeted outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round telephonic / video screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across stakeholders, managing calendars and communication
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status
- Draft job descriptions, post openings across job boards, and manage social media hiring content
- Assist in employer branding initiatives - career page content, Instagram/LinkedIn hiring posts, and campus outreach
- Coordinate internship and campus recruitment drives in collaboration with colleges and coding communities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires - documentation, welcome communications, and orientation coordination
What we're looking for:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a professional yet personable tone
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and any ATS or HRMS tool (prior exposure is a plus)
- Genuine interest in tech hiring, startup culture, or the developer/student community
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruiting is a bonus
