This position is primarily remote, but candidates must be located in or near New Delhi and must attend occasional in person meetings in New Delhi for planning sessions, strategy discussions, and team coordination. We are seeking an experienced marketing leader who can build strong brand presence, increase inbound business inquiries, and support company growth across these businesses. The primary focus of this role will be National Utility Choice Program, while also contributing to marketing strategy and growth for Watertown Swim School and Tekholic360.
Role Overview
You will lead marketing strategy across our companies with the goal of increasing brand visibility, generating inbound leads, strengthening brand credibility, and supporting long term business growth.
You will work closely with leadership to build scalable marketing systems that produce measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Increase brand visibility across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Develop SEO strategies, blogs, and content programs to drive organic traffic
- Create and manage email campaigns and lead generation funnels
- Build brand awareness so businesses recognize our companies when contacted
- Develop partnership marketing opportunities including commercial real estate relationships and referral networks
- Recruit and manage social media managers, designers, content creators, and other marketing contributors
- Track marketing performance and improve campaigns using data and analytics
Compensation
Annual Salary - ₹7,50,000 per year
Additional performance bonuses may be available based on measurable results such as:

Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing, brand growth, and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of AI and analyzing data to draw psychological conclusions to develop our marketing strategies
- Proven ability to build marketing strategies that produce measurable results
- Experience managing multi channel campaigns and marketing teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work primarily during US Eastern Time business hours
- Must be located in or near New Delhi and able to attend occasional meetings in New Delhi
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with international markets
- Experience supporting B2B sales organizations
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools
