Job Description

Manage induction, joining formalities, employee engagement, grievance handling, and overall HR operations
Conceptualize and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Handle core HR processes such as performance management, career development, compensation revision, employee engagement and retention, reward & recognition, talent management, and succession planning
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to implement HR processes and gain stakeholder buy-in
Manage critical conversations with employees and internal/external teams while maintaining fairness and sensitivity
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals
Oversee performance management including setting SMART objectives, progress tracking, reviews, and succession planning

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (Generalist or HRBP role)
Experience managing HR processes for a team of 200+ employees preferred
BPO industry experience is an added advantage
Strong people management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Dedication to providing exceptional employee support and service
