We are looking for an energetic and detail-orientedHR Executiveto join our team on a3rd party payrollbasis. The role involves supporting bothrecruitment and HR operations, playing a key part in the employee lifecycle from hiring to documentation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
- Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
- Sourcing profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Interacting with hiring managers to understand requirements
HR Operations
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
- Managing employee documentation and maintaining HR records
- Liaising with the payroll vendor for attendance and salary inputs
- Addressing basic employee queries regarding HR policies
- Supporting internal HR activities and engagement initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in hiring and operations
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS tools
- Experience in a corporate or manufacturing setup is an advantage
