HR Executive

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team on a 3rd party payroll basis. The role involves supporting both recruitment and HR operations, playing a key part in the employee lifecycle from hiring to documentation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• End-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
• Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Sourcing profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Interacting with hiring managers to understand requirements

HR Operations

• Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
• Managing employee documentation and maintaining HR records
• Liaising with the payroll vendor for attendance and salary inputs
• Addressing basic employee queries regarding HR policies
• Supporting internal HR activities and engagement initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in hiring and operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS tools
• Experience in a corporate or manufacturing setup is an advantage
