Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS maintenance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management cycles and learning & development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decisions and improve processes.
