Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documentation related to employee compliance.
Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labor regulations.
Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities for inspections, audits, and filings.
Conduct regular compliance audits and identify potential risks or gaps.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns within prescribed timelines.
Support HR in implementing company policies and ensuring adherence across departments.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Provide guidance to management and employees on HR compliance matters.
