HR executive and Generalist

This is a full-time on-site HR Executive and Generalist role located in Navi Mumbai. The HR Executive and Generalist will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Relevant HR certifications or degrees
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Prior experience in the orthodontic or healthcare industry is a plus
