Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive who can support daily HR operations including recruitment, staff onboarding, employee coordination, attendance management, documentation, and general HR administration while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle recruitment coordination for teaching, non-teaching, and support staff positions.
· Manage staff onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation processes.
· Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, and HR documentation accurately.
· Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, HR correspondence, and staff-related documentation.
· Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll input support activities.
· Support employee engagement activities, staff events, orientations, and institutional programs.
· Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for staffing and HR operational requirements.
· Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee records and institutional information.
· Support HR compliance, audit documentation, and policy implementation activities.
· Ensure professionalism, discipline, and positive workplace culture within the institution.
Qualifications & Eligibility
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and HR documentation.
· Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, and HR operations preferred.
