Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-drivenHR Executivewho can take charge ofend-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and executinginnovative hiring strategiesto attracthigh-quality talent, while efficiently managing the broader HR functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadend-to-end recruitment (Non-IT) sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions within target timelines.
- Design and implementcreative recruitment strategiesusing job portals, networking, social media, and referrals to improve profile quality.
- Manageonboarding, induction, and documentationfor new hires.
- Coordinatetraining & development,rewards & recognition, andemployee engagement activities.
- Supportperformance managementand assist in maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with allstatutory requirements(PF, ESI, insurance, etc.).
- Maintain and monitorattendance, leave records, and HR reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- BBA/MBA in HRwith 24 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Proven expertise insourcing quality candidatesusing innovative channels and techniques.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and email drafting skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Candidatesresiding inHyderabadand available to join immediately are preferred.
