HR Executive

Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking a talented and proactive HR Executive to manage key HR operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to coordinating engagement and training activities. Your expertise in core HR processes and your ability to work collaboratively will be crucial in supporting our team and maintaining our dynamic work culture.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Oversee the background check and on-boarding documentation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Update and republish company policies, ensuring they are compliant and communicated effectively to all employees, under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal HR-related queries.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education & Skills:

• An MBA graduate with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Expertise in MS Office is essential for daily tasks and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment activities and onboarding processes.

Core Competencies:

• Proactive and able to take initiative to drive projects forward.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
