Qwiktechy LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based IT & Non-IT Staffing company with global operations. We are expanding our Hyderabad team and looking for an energetic HR professional to manage hiring, operations, documentation, and coordination with U.S. teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Hire US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, and Non-IT Recruiters for internal teams
- Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
- Maintain recruiter pipelines and recruitment dashboards
HR & Operations
- Maintain employee records, onboarding files, and HR documentation
- Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, NDAs, Policies
- Handle day-to-day office admin, attendance, and compliance coordination
Accounts & Paperwork
- Coordinate with accounts team for salaries, invoices, payroll inputs
- Maintain vendor files, agreements, and contracts
- Support basic bookkeeping coordination (not accounting work)
MSA / SOW / Legal Documentation
- Prepare & review MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders
- Work with U.S. clients/vendors for paperwork and document processing
- Track contract renewals, background checks, and compliance status
Coordination with US Team
- Work closely with U.S. management for hiring, documentation, onboarding
- Share daily/weekly hiring and HR reports
Requirements
- 25 years of HR experience (staffing industry experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes (IT/US Staffing background is a plus)
- Good command of English (written & verbal)
- Ability to handle MSAs, SOWs, onboarding paperwork, and compliance
- Highly organized, proactive, and quick in execution
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
