Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant located in Goregaon Mumbai. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily HR functions, including handling recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and coordinating training sessions. The role also involves addressing employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing administrative support to the HR team to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • HR Administration and Documentation: Proficiency in managing employee records, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Skills in conducting interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Understanding of HR software and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional preferred qualifications: Prior experience in an HR role, familiarity with waste management or sustainability sectors, and a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
