Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and promote engagement.
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions.
- Support career development initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management
- Assist in appraisals and feedback processes.
- Track KPIs and employee performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations (entry-level to mid-level).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software (HRMS, payroll systems).
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
