Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and promote engagement.

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions.
• Support career development initiatives.

Payroll & Compliance

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management

• Assist in appraisals and feedback processes.
• Track KPIs and employee performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations (entry-level to mid-level).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR software (HRMS, payroll systems).
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
