HR & Marketing Intern (6 months Paid Internship)

We are seeking a highly motivated HR & Marketing Intern for a 6-month paid internship. As an intern, you will assist with day-to-day tasks related to HR management and marketing activities. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and implementation of HR policies, assisting in employee engagement initiatives, managing personnel records, and participating in marketing efforts to boost our brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot.

• Strong understanding of Human Resources functions, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (completed or pursuing)
• Familiarity with the ecommerce industry or experience in marketing is a plus
