Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive (2–4 Years Experience)

Location: Rajkot (On-site)  

Role Overview 

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media, content creation, SEO (with AI tools), and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Social Media Management 

  • Plan, create, and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage posting, engagement, and community interactions
  • Stay updated with platform trends and implement them creatively

2. Content Creation & Blogging 

  • Generate high-quality content including captions, blogs, website copy, and campaign creatives
  • Work with design/video teams for reels, posts, and ad creatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication

3. Performance Marketing 

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance improvements

4. SEO (with AI Integration) 

  • Perform keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or AI tools
  • Optimize website content and blogs for SEO
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.) for content optimization and automation
  • Monitor rankings and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies 

5. Trend Analysis & Strategy 

  • Track industry trends, viral content formats, and competitor strategies
  • Suggest innovative campaign ideas and growth strategies

6. Reporting & Analytics 

  • Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, conversions, and engagement

Required Skills 

  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ad
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and content
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) & reporting dashboards
  • Basic understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency (preferred)
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills
