IIG South is looking for an experienced and passionate Diamond & Gemology Trainer who can deliver high-quality training programs in Telugu for corporate teams, students, and jewellery industry professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery retail practices, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in Telugu for corporate employees, retail teams, students, and professionals.
- Teach diamond grading concepts including 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat Weight).
- Train participants on natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, simulants, and certification standards.
- Deliver gemology sessions covering identification of gemstones, treatments, and market knowledge.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct assessments, workshops, and interactive sessions.
- Travel for onsite corporate training programs when required.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends, market developments, and certification standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification / Diploma / Degree in Diamond Grading / Gemology / Jewellery Management.
- Prior teaching, training, or jewellery industry experience preferred.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good command of English / Kannada is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in jewellery retail training or corporate training.
- Knowledge of GIA / IGI / HRD certification standards.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for sales teams and beginners.
- Energetic, professional, and confident trainer personality.
