We are seeking a results-oriented Branch Head for our Bengaluru South office, in a full-time on-site capacity. The Branch Head will lead the branch's operations, drive sales performance, and oversee client relations. The responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, strategizing and implementing business growth plans, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized real estate solutions. The ideal candidate will also identify market opportunities, establish partnerships, and cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and sales management
• Knowledge of real estate markets and expertise in areas such as project marketing, leasing, and investment strategies
• Analytical thinking, market research proficiency, and the ability to develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in utilizing technology and tools for managing real estate operations
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales and operational targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector is highly advantageous
