Senior HR Recruiter (Experienced)

Work Details:

️ 5 Days Working (Saturday OFF Day working & Sunday Fixed Week Off)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Day Shift

Salary:

Fresher: 15,000 – 17,000

Experienced: 18,000 – 23,000

Monthly Targets:

Fresher: 3 – 5 closures

Experienced: 7 – 10 closures

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through direct outreach, networking, and connections

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Evaluate candidates qualifications and role suitability

Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback

Manage offer negotiations and follow-ups

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records
