Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day medical assistance, offering training and education to staff, and collaborating within the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care. The role will include hands-on responsibilities such as applying medical protocols, leveraging communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, and adhering to industry standards to maintain quality healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in EMT and other medical procedures
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members
• Solid foundation in Medicine, with the ability to stay updated on healthcare advancements
• Experience in providing Training and education to healthcare staff
• Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in healthcare or medical disciplines
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
