About The Role

Desired Experience:

Education & Experience: CA with post qualification experience of 2 to 4 years from Big4 in M&A/investment banking/private equity firms/corporate M&A team etc.

Roles And Responsibilities

Understanding of entire finance landscape on minority investments in India
Exposure to complex transaction structuring, M&A, VC/PE deals
Financial Due Diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, scenario planning, overall project management of various investments
Preparation of presentations and other briefing materials for senior management, group approvals etc.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic work environment
Excellent analytical, written & verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with changes in statutes.
Ability to influence key stakeholders.
Ability to manage their time and prioritize effectively
Ability to analyze complex financial data, projections, draw meaningful conclusions etc.
