Job Details:

• Location: Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – Onsite
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
• Graduation: Pharmacy/BSC/Bio Technology
• Agreement: 18-Month Service Agreement
• Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in US Staffing and Recruitment. The role involves working on healthcare requirements for Direct Clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source Healthcare professionals in the US market through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls based on job requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate salary and assist with candidate placements.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to fulfill urgent hiring requirements.
• Regularly update and maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Meet recruitment targets while ensuring timely and quality submissions.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing.
• Willingness to learn US Staffing processes.
• Basic knowledge of US time zones and terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is an advantage.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Willingness to work onsite during the US night shift
