Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur
Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for US-based clients and a strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing process.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US job requirements.
- Recruit for positions including Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, CNA, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Verify candidate experience, availability, licenses, certifications, and other required credentials.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/VMS systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruiting/Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare recruitment and staffing practices.
- Understanding of healthcare licenses and certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, healthcare facilities, clinics, long-term care, home health, or similar healthcare environments.
- Experience with ATS/VMS platforms.
- Knowledge of W2, 1099, and C2C staffing models.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
