Centstone Services LLC is growing our Hyderabad recruitment team, and we are looking for a strong, stable, and career-focused US Healthcare Recruiter who understands the pace, urgency, and quality expectations of the US healthcare staffing industry.

We are a physician-owned US healthcare staffing agency supporting hospitals, health systems, and healthcare facilities across the United States. This is an opportunity to join a growing team where your work is visible, valued, and directly connected to company growth.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years of steady US healthcare staffing experience

• Experience recruiting for Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Therapy, or other clinical healthcare roles

• Strong understanding of US healthcare requirements, candidate screening, pay packages, compliance, and submission quality

• Experience working with ATS, VMS, MSP, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or similar tools

• Ability to confidently communicate with US healthcare professionals

• Strong follow-up skills, documentation habits, and attention to detail

• A stable work history with consistent healthcare recruiting experience

• Someone who wants to build a long-term career, not move from agency to agency every few months
