Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Non-IT and Healthcare Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for healthcare and non-IT roles. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, managing job postings, utilizing recruitment platforms, developing candidate pipelines, and maintaining candidate records. The recruiter will be expected to meet hiring targets, ensure a positive candidate experience, and collaborate with the HR team for effective onboarding processes and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Proven ability in Hiring and talent acquisition for healthcare and non-IT roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple hiring priorities effectively
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience with a U.S.-based recruitment process will be an advantage
