Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating doctors and nurses for India-focused roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, candidate sourcing, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Source doctors and nurses using: Naukri.com, LinkedIn
• Other job portals and databases
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through:
• Direct outreach
• Networking and referrals
• Job postings and database searches
• Screen candidates for basic eligibility, experience, and interest
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospitals/clients
• Maintain structured candidate data and follow-ups
• Work closely with the MedsBee team to close positions quickly

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience or strong working knowledge of:
• Naukri Portal
• LinkedIn sourcing
• Other job boards
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Ability to network, follow up, and close candidates
• Basic understanding of healthcare roles (doctors, nurses) is a plus
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with targets
