Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter Team Lead to join our team. This role requires a seasoned Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of successful submittals of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied roles who is ready to step into a leadership position. The ideal candidate will excel in healthcare talent acquisition and lead a team dedicated to finding the best medical professionals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful placements.
- Submit their own candidates demonstrating the process
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, Facebook, and internal databases
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in healthcare facilities.
- Oversee VMS accounts and guide recruiters toward placements that generate higher revenue
- Train recruiters on identifying stronger, more profitable job opportunities within VMS platforms
- Collaborate with healthcare BDMs to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, offering feedback and training as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, a US Healthcare Recruiter, Team Lead or proven experience as a Senior Recruiter in the healthcare medical staffing sector.
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, Facebook, and internal databases
- Experience with developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Experience with managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in healthcare facilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
