We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Recruiters (01 year experience) to join our US healthcare staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in US healthcare recruitment.
What You'll Do
Source healthcare candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidate availability, experience, and interest
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking sheets
Engage with candidates regarding job details, shifts, and pay structure
Assist in documentation collection and submission readiness
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future healthcare requirements
Learn and follow US healthcare staffing compliance standards
What We're Looking For
01 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or US staffing (freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Eagerness to learn and grow in US healthcare recruitment
