Head of Structured Finance

Job Purpose :The candidate will lead the Structured Finance function within the Investment Banking team, focusing on originating, structuring and executing structured finance transactions across sectors. The role involves working closely with corporates, financial institutions and investors to design financing solutions including structured debt, special situation financing and bespoke capital structures. The candidate will also drive client relationships, originate new mandates and lead deal execution end-to-end.

Key Deliverables :

• Originate and execute structured finance transactions including structured

debt, acquisition financing, promoter financing and special situations.

• Build and manage relationships with corporates, NBFCs, private credit funds and institutional investors.

• Lead deal structuring, financial modelling, negotiations and transaction closure.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate mandates through active client engagement.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as coverage bankers, legal, compliance and execution teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

• Develop innovative financing solutions tailored to client requirements and market conditions.

• Track market trends, regulatory developments and credit dynamics to identify opportunities in structured finance.

• Contribute to revenue generation and growth of the structured finance franchise.

Desired Profile - Must be Post Graduate with 15+ years experience in Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Credit or Corporate Finance
