Enterprise Account Director – AWS Cloud (West)

Mumbai / West Region | Individual Contributor | Reporting to Regional Director

Role Overview

Own and scale strategic enterprise accounts while driving high-value AWS cloud transformation deals.

This is a revenue-owning role where you will engage with CXOs, close complex deals, and work closely with AWS teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow enterprise business across strategic accounts

  • Build and execute account plans for large / marquee accounts

  • Create and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles (new business + account expansion)

  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders

  • Lead solution discussions, demos, and deal negotiations

  • Close large, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals

  • Collaborate with AWS, OEMs, and internal teams

  • Drive account growth and long-term expansion

Ideal Candidate
  • 8–15 years in enterprise IT / cloud sales (direct sales)

  • Strong experience in cloud / digital transformation / IT services sales

  • Proven track record in large deal closures and enterprise account management

  • Experience working with AWS / Azure / GCP ecosystem

  • Ability to lead initial solution conversations (before pre-sales involvement)

  • Strong CXO engagement and communication skills

Success Metrics
  • Consistent quota achievement

  • Strong pipeline creation and conversion

  • Deep CXO relationships across accounts

  • Expansion into multi-year, multi-service deals
