Mumbai / West Region | Individual Contributor | Reporting to Regional Director
Role OverviewOwn and scale strategic enterprise accounts while driving high-value AWS cloud transformation deals.
This is a revenue-owning role where you will engage with CXOs, close complex deals, and work closely with AWS teams to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow enterprise business across strategic accounts
Build and execute account plans for large / marquee accounts
Create and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline
Drive end-to-end sales cycles (new business + account expansion)
Engage CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
Lead solution discussions, demos, and deal negotiations
Close large, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals
Collaborate with AWS, OEMs, and internal teams
Drive account growth and long-term expansion
8–15 years in enterprise IT / cloud sales (direct sales)
Strong experience in cloud / digital transformation / IT services sales
Proven track record in large deal closures and enterprise account management
Experience working with AWS / Azure / GCP ecosystem
Ability to lead initial solution conversations (before pre-sales involvement)
Strong CXO engagement and communication skills
Consistent quota achievement
Strong pipeline creation and conversion
Deep CXO relationships across accounts
Expansion into multi-year, multi-service deals
High-growth AWS-focused cloud consulting company
Ownership of marquee enterprise accounts
Strong hyperscaler ecosystem exposure
High-visibility role with leadership access
Operate with high ownership and autonomy
