Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership

• Define and drive the software engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade, scalable, secure, and high-availability platforms.

• Ensure adoption of modern architectures such as microservices, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and event-driven systems.

Engineering Delivery

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Establish best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering quality standards.

• Ensure delivery of robust, high-quality software within timelines and budget.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Drive AI-enabled product capabilities and automation initiatives across platforms.

• Lead the implementation of RPA solutions and BOT frameworks to automate business processes.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and data-driven engineering in enterprise solutions.

Architecture & Platform Modernization

• Lead modernization of legacy platforms and migration to cloud-native architectures.

• Define engineering standards for scalability, security, resilience, and performance.

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and development platforms.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple technology domains.

• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.

• Drive hiring, capability development, and succession planning within the engineering function.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and governance across cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15–18 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.

• Strong experience in building enterprise-scale applications and platforms.

• Deep knowledge of modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API-based systems.

• Experience with AI enablement, intelligent automation, RPA platforms, and BOT development.

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering productivity tools.

• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams and manage complex technology programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
