Head of Sales

The Head of Sales will oversee and drive the organization's sales initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing and mentoring the sales team, and identifying growth opportunities. The candidate will also oversee account management and analyze market trends to develop actionable insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Strong Team Management and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships through Account Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and drive data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical solutions or renewable energy sector is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics is a plus
