Purchase Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Purchase Specialist. Responsibilities include managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement practices. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, analyzing purchase data, evaluating vendor performance, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods.

• Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and executing Purchase Orders
• Strong knowledge of Purchasing and Procurement strategies
• Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers and optimizing procurement practices
• Proficiency in vendor negotiation and relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in manufacturing or water treatment sectors is a plus
