Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Sales role based in Gurgaon. The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales team, set sales targets, and design strategies to drive revenue growth across residential and commercial property portfolios. This role includes overseeing end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and post-sale account management. The Head of Sales will analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to refine go-to-market plans and support strategic decision-making. The position also involves building strong relationships with key clients, mentoring sales team members, coordinating with marketing and operations, and ensuring adherence to ethical, client-focused sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, build pipelines, and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Proven Team Management and leadership abilities to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Effective Account Management skills to nurture key relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
  • Robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial segments in Gurgaon or similar markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and MS Office; comfort working with digital sales and marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated integrity, client-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
