Job Title: B2B Sales Head

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to help us scale our
outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with prospecting,
engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn,
cold calls, emails, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

- Experience in SaaS, marketing, or agency sales
