Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Head

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to help us scale our

outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with prospecting,

engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through structured sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn,

cold calls, emails, etc.)

  • Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, or agency sales
