  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets in the engineering industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts that align with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business dealings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Business Development should have:

  • A degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management within the industrial or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in Mumbai.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
