Job Description

  • Formulating strategies for overall accomplishment of top & bottom-line profitability for the Discovery Studio
  • Forecasting salestargets and executing them in a given time frame
  • Leading the sales team and ensuring the achievement of the assigned targets.
  • Ensure high productivity of team members

Business operations

  • Support BU head in P&L responsibility.
  • Assist BU Head in Opex, Capex optimization. Manage operations, business development and marketing
  • Run and expand Micelio's EV network of start-ups and corporations.
  • Maintain effective interaction with industry leaders
  • Business and sales growth of the facility
  • Relationship with external partners to grow business expansion
  • Ensure consistency in growth of memberships
  • Ensure coordination between managers and also weekly sprint efficiencies.
  • Customer feedback, customer service and change implementation.
  • Identify problems and challenges and deploy improvements

Process development and deployment - working with internal and external teams/ vendors.

  • Efficient use of CRM tool, Project Management and other tools

Business Model Innovation:

  • Develop sustainable revenue streams
  • Develop interconnected models between investments and revenue streams.

Build and run high performance teams

  • Develop talent acquisition channels
  • Increase revenue per employee
  • Groom and develop talent
  • Ensure attrition resistance of business

Qualification:

  • Experience: 12 Years+ in Automotive/ EV Industry highly preferred with strong experience in sales with an exposure to handling high volumes of revenue numbers per annum and also leading a team.
  • Education: MBA and BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics
  • Desired candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills and also a team player
