  • Own and deliver global sales pipeline and revenue targets
  • Build and scale enterprise sales function across the U.S. market, focusing on new logo acquisition and team building
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from pipeline generation to closure
  • Engage senior decision-makers across business and technical functions
  • Drive account hunting, deal strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Position the platform as a scalable, product-led solution in target industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners to accelerate deal closures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales should have:

  • 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience focussing on the US market
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals, particularly in the U.S. market
  • Strong hunter mindset with success in new business acquisition
  • Experience selling into enterprise and corporate accounts
  • Background in infrastructure, or telecom, or utilities technology or related sectors is an added bonus
  • Build, mentor and lead a team of sales professionals catering to specific markets
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the United States
