Managing a large vertical & team in the sales function of NoBroker
Working cohesively with founders and a team of equally talented and passionate IIT/IIM colleagues
Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth in next few years
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive revenue targets for vertical.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase property listings, closures, and service adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Monitor sales funnel, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of Sales Managers, City Leads, Relationship Managers, and Field Executives.
- Set targets, track performance, conduct reviews, and ensure high output and discipline.
- Build motivation, accountability, and a customer-centric culture.
3. Real Estate Operations Management
- Ensure efficient property onboarding, site visits, customer coordination, and closure support.
- Maintain high-quality standards for verified property listings and customer interactions.
- Intervene and resolve escalated customer or partner issues.
- Optimize operational processes to improve TAT and service quality.
4. Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Track local market trends, pricing, supply-demand patterns, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to leadership for decision-making and strategy formulation.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with central teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Manage external stakeholders such as landlords, builders, channel partners, and service vendors.
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales ethics, and legal guidelines.
- Implement audit processes to maintain accuracy in field operations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred (Marketing/Sales).
Experience
- 5 –14 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, property management, or PropTech.
- Proven experience in managing large sales/operations teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong exposure to residential real estate markets.
