Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales – Enterprise & Data Center to spearhead the growth of our enterprise vertical. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, leading a high-performing team of Account Executives, and driving market expansion across India.

What You Will Do

  • Own and achieve sales targets for the enterprise segment while developing and executing regional business plans.
  • Identify emerging markets and shifts, maintaining a pulse on competition and new product trends.
  • Partner with internal R&D, product management, and technical marketing teams to provide best-in-class solutions for RFPs and RFQs.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with end-users, system integrators, and alliance partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled sales professionals to elevate our market presence and performance.

Who You Are

  • You have 12–15 years of sales experience within the Enterprise, Data Center, and Cabling industries.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level sales organizations and scaling high-performance teams.
  • You possess a well-established and credible network within the Enterprise and Data Center ecosystem.
  • You have strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and governance.
  • You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
