Head of Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedHead of Operationsto lead and manage our nationwide retail operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth store functioning, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience across all locations. The Head of Operations will work closely with business leaders to turn rapid expansion into seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations across all stores.
• Ensure each store meets company standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, HR, and finance.
• Train, mentor, and guide store managers and regional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in retail operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of multi-store operations, preferably in large retail chains.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage operations across multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
