Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business & Operational Strategy

  • Plan, direct, and monitor all regional activities in alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, market competitiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Own the growth and profitability of the region's retail operations and ensure service delivery in onsite centres.
  • Establish functional controls for operating efficiency and monitor regional performance metrics.

B. Revenue & Service Delivery Management

  • Manage revenue and service delivery for all business lines within the NCR region.
  • Initiate and develop new B2B business opportunities (onsite and large underwriting deals).
  • Develop programs and strategies to achieve internal and external goals, including service quality, parent experience, staff productivity, process excellence, and asset optimization.

C. Stakeholder & Brand Management

  • Build and maintain strong external industry relationships to strengthen KLAY's brand presence.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities.

D. People Leadership

  • Own people care and development responsibilities for the region.
  • Set team objectives, monitor effectiveness, and ensure accountability.
  • Forecast and manage operating budgets, establish review schedules, and enforce procedures for business continuity, health, and safety compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate + MBA.
  • 15+ years of total work experience, including at least 5 years leading a regional business with independent P&L responsibility.
  • Preferably from retail or service industries; experience managing dispersed operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery operations, particularly in care or customer-focused sectors.
